(from opening credits) I think it's a Harley I´m quite shure it is a Harley - some Sportster because there is no primary visible and the speedo and rev-counter are mounted on the top fork brace. Year late 80s ?

This pic come from the opening credits of Season 8 actually. And it comes from a chase from an episode of this season, during which Texas Ranger Francis Gage (played by Judson Mills) runs after a bad guy who stole a light blue Cadillac 4dr sedan from the late 70's, or early 80's (a Sedan DeVille or a Fleetwood Brougham). This chase ended by the crash of the blue Caddy which crashed into a wall.

Strange. The series started in 1993, but the ladies are looking very 80ies The bikes also look to be pre evo models - ie pre 1984. In 1993 90's didn't have their own style yet. And for Europeans, American eighties style looks like the seventies. I think there is no such thing like some one style of decade. In case of fashion, music and other pop stuff, beginning and end of decade are rarely similar, it changes somwhere in the year "5". The one on the left looks indeed somehow dated, but lady on the right has fashionable in the late 80's and early 90's light jeans.
