H-D Custom Chopper. Apart from the lack of front brake, it looks nearly rideable. Peanut tank was Panhead, right? Looks like a modern Evo motor, the tank could have been made by any one of dozens of aftermarket suppliers, let's just call it a Wassell type.

Disc on the left so drive on the right - Sportster motor.

Kawasaki EL 250, I don't know if the Eliminator name was used in the US.

The motor is Yamaha XT 225 Serow.
