The Last Emperor
The story of the final Emperor of China.
BMW R71
The sidecar combination is based on a BMW boxer, looks like the World War 2 R71 type. Could also be a Ural of Dnepr model (Russian-made copies of the original R71 model).
Another possibility: Chang Jiang 750 (CJ750), a Chinese-made R71 knockoff. - Dodgeman
Rikuo unknown
On the right (I remember when I saw the movie) a 1949 Triumph Renown, when this part of the movie is supposed to happen in the Manchukuo period (1932-1945) Yep! The car on the right ia a Renown. The bikes are probably the prewar Japanese Harley copies - can't remember what they were called.
La Harley-Davidson était construite sous license au Japon par la société Sankio (groupe pharmaceutique) sous le nom RIKUO qui signifie "Roi de la route"
