Those linked headers make it a mid-late 90's FXSTC Softail Custom.

Heavily customised bike. Can't even be certain it is Harley-based.

Zoom in and its a Sportster motor, you can just make out the starter end cap. H-D Sportster Custom Chopper, unusual as they usually go for big FL or FX twins.
