60's FLH Electra Glide? There's a Honda CX 500 C hiding at the back in the 1st thumb, a bit more interesting (to me anyway).

A hunch and because it looks smaller, T100R Daytona, I think the colour scheme is 1972.

The motor is from an XS250/360/400, it looks like he found the rest in a skip? Can't see a master cylinder so assuming the chassis is original (OK raked front end & extended tubes), it must be a 76 or 77 poverty spec' drum braked version? Unless he's followed what seems to be common among (suicidal) chopper builders in the US and is running no front brake?
