Yamaha XV250 Virago in Movies
The Yamaha XV250 Virago is a v2, four-stroke custom / cruiser motorcycle produced between 1989 and 2000.
The engine was a air cooled v2, four-stroke.
The bike has a 5-speed transmission. The final drive was via chain.
The bike weighs just 137.0 kg (302.0 pounds).
XV 250 ou 535? Viragos were shaft drive as were the Suzuki/Kawi. Has to be a Honda from the swingarm/spring setup. Aftermarket bars and mirrors.
Definitely a Yamaha XV 250. The Virago 535 was shaft driven as deathdeelr points out, but the 250cc models were, and still are chain driven.

Yamaha XV model. Probably a 250cc due to the chain final drive, I think all larger models were shaft drive. The 250cc was also known as 'wheezy rider'.
