RD 250? Something much smaller I think. More likely a 50 or something not much bigger. I think these are RD50s. If we could see more they might have pedals which would them RD50M models.
They are both FS1E's an icon to 16 year olds of the 1970s. Just about every older British biker had one of these in his youth as you could only ride a 50c 'moped' at 16 !
