The final drive was via chain.
Chassis
Stopping was achieved via expanding brake (drum brake) in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic while the rear was equiped with a swingarm with coil-over shocks The bike weighs just 156.5 kg (345.0 pounds).

Triumph From the shape of engine & tank badge, I'd say Triumph Twenty one (1958-63 [3TA])... I think it's modified 'bathtub' model because there are no brackets for to hold the sidecover.
