Piaggio Nuova Cosa(without Vespa,'cause don't belongs to that range of scooters,but if was inspired to that),1991 to 1994(respect 1987 to 1991 Cosa had ABS system and taillight fitted over the plate--on model before taillight was under the plate) Are you sure about the name? I recall these being sold (at least in Germany) as "Vespa Cosa FL" with 125 or 200 ccm. I'll see if I can find an old brochure at home.
