yes, I think it's a V7 nice "truck" back miror!
Not a Special, which had a dashboard with a speedometer and rev counter, but the first V7 type with only the speedometer as built from 1967 to 1969.
Moto Guzzi V7, le premier modèle 700 1971 à 1 an près Indeed, Moto Guzzi V7, built between 1967 and 1969.
The Fall Guy EP: 3.10

Some alternate angle shots could confirm the ID:
Linda EP: 1.01
Is that a Trabant 601 pick-up I spy? And a RAF 2203 Latvija I guess.. It's a sedan but the rear pillar is blurred.
@Mudflap: there was no -original- Trabant Pick Up
Sette note in nero
Moto Guzzi V7 Spécial
Probably a Moto Guzzi V7, because the Italian police usually did not ride the V7 Special (750cc, high compression) but kept the first type of V7 (700cc, low compression) from 1966 until the end in 1976

Moto Guzzi V7
it has a 4-leading-shoe front brake and stainless steel mudguards, so it must be a Moto Guzzi 850GT as built from 1972 to 1974 and it appears to be in police trim (fairing, solo seat)
Part of the film action. Italian Police, not the best view :p, but maybe there was some standard model. even worser view of standart model Moto Guzzi http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MNRGDbJnEDY standart model that period was V7 Speciale color changed from oliva gricio to blu /vehicle_406590-Moto-Guzzi-V7-1966.html Even similar - indeed. Scuola di ladri
Isn't the Fiat 1500 Cabriolet woth to list? I have checked around the net for designation of the Moto Guzzi Police bikes. I don't think there is a specific model name. I think the Italian ones of this era are V7 Ambassadors. The US ones were Eldorados. From about 1975 the US ones were 850 T3s but the bikes here are the older style V7s. Moto Guzzi V7 Ambassador The V7 Ambassador was for the US market only, as this is an Italian movie, it is a normal V7.
Of course it's a police version, V7-700 Polizia as built between 1969 and 1977. Link to "www.thisoldtractor.com"
