The Laverda 1200 is a in-line three, four-stroke classic motorcycle produced between 1978 and 1979. It could reach a top speed of 204.0 km/h (126.8 mph)

Engine

The engine was a air cooled in-line three, four-stroke. A 80.0 x 74.0 mm (3.1 x 2.9 inches) stroke result in a displacement of just 1115.00 ccm (68.04 cubic inches). The engine features a 8.0:1 compression ratio. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. The final drive was via chain.

Chassis

It came with a 4.10-18 front tire and a 4.25-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The 1200 is fitted with a 19.50 litres (5.15 gallons) fuel tank.
