Moarpix: Suzuki RM 250
Kawasaki KLR 650 That's actually a mid 80's model KLR 600. The 650 models came out in the late 80's with a full fairing and different plastic.

Yamaha XT250 - not sure of the exact year but around 1990. Sorry, not even close. It's as the OP stated, it's a KLR600 from @ 1984.

Maybe a Kawasaki KLR
Did a Google search of KLRs, and the KLR 600 seems like a good match. http://www.motorcyclespecs.co.za/Gallery/Kawasaki%20KLR600%2084%20%201.jpg
Taxi para tres
look's like a Kawasaki KLR Yes, agree KLR 600 i think a Honda XR400 (air cooled engine)
Agree with sj413, looks more like a honda and an air coled rfvc engine. It also has fame crash bars as honda came out with this style engine protection in 1986 instead of stamped aluminum skid plates.
