Is there really a bike in this picture? LOL If I look very hard on the second picture I think I can see a 4 way exhaust manifold. This would mean it's a 4 cylinder. Not much choice then. My best guess would be a 1932/33 Indian Four.
I checked it again and I am now pretty sure it is an Indian Four, built between 1932 and 1934.
