Honda ? Maybe... I don't even see if it's two or four-stroke. maybe one of theese: Probably a KTM EXC...

Its a Honda XR650R, its also the bike in the middle of the first picture from khaosth, with the red on the side of the seat, the one to the left of it in the same picture looks like a 78-79 Yamaha, possibly a DT125. The one in the other picture is a 2003 KTM 250 EXC

Can't read it but being a Vetter(ish) fairing, it won't be relevant (Probably something like State Police) It's a Honda XR 650 L
