In the first big action scene, a huge gift-wrapped box is wheeled into the square and members of the Penguin's Red Triangle Gang burst out, including these bikers. 3 or 4 bikes are used, it's hard to tell which is which (and what they are), mostly they just flash by, so I'll group them here for now. Honda XR's Series

Based on that picture, it's an 84-85 model, but they removed the fork boots, so black means 84, blue 85, and as far as displacement, could be 200-250-350-500-600. Need another angle.
