The Honda VTR250 is a v2, four-stroke naked bike motorcycle produced between 2002 and 2016.

Engine

The engine was a liquid cooled v2, four-stroke. A 60.0 x 44.1 mm (2.4 x 1.7 inches) stroke result in a displacement of just 249.00 ccm (15.19 cubic inches). The engine features a 11.0:1 compression ratio. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. The final drive was via chain.

Chassis

It came with a 110/70-17 front tire and a 140/70-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. hydraulic in the front and a single disc. hydraulic in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equiped with a swing arm The VTR250 is fitted with a 12.00 litres (3.17 gallons) fuel tank. The bike weighs just 161.0 kg (354.9 pounds). The wheelbase is 1,405 mm (55.3 inches) long.

Something Italian- 1989 (MY) Honda VTR 250 made for North America only as far as i know think it is called interceptor there, rare sight in Germany >>> direct import ?, think we had only one before https://www.mecum.com/lots/LV0118-314355/1989-honda-vtr-250/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_VTR250 here is my Interceptor built in 1985 coming to Germany in 1987 directly from Japan never arrived in Canada Paintwork like a Scousers shellsuit, when did Honda get so tasteless?
