DOHC Honda CB750? The other police bikes were identified as CB 1300 P, which is indeed what Japanese police use, and is exactly what this looks like. Also, the image for CB1300P also shows this bike (note the red scarf is the same character). This should probably be moved to the CB 1300 P page. Link to "images.google.de"
