Not so sure this is a Kawasaki (the colour is misleading), the exhaust is the wrong side to be an F series and the programme was aired too soon for it to be a KE, then there's the front brake, all Kawasaki trail bikes had silver (alloy) hubs up until around 1979-80 and the brake plate is on the wrong side.
