Harley-Davidson Custom Chopper in Movies
NYPD Blue EP: 05.06
Harley custom chopper
List as just Harley-Davidson or can you recognize the model?
21 Jump Street
Motorcycles driven by the 1% ers. The most badass dangerous motorcycle gang members the two male leads in the movie interact with.
Robot Chicken EP: 9.04
Custom Chopper The front forks look like they were made from throttle cable adjusters.
Matlock EP: 9.03
Harley-Davidson unknown, comme d'habitude... Most likely from the early to mid 1950s as it has a hardtail rear and tele forks.
The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift
Moteur vraisemblablement Suzuki Intruder. Le reste? I'm thinking customized Harley for some reason... that same bike was in the movie torque Je pense aussi à un moteur Harley ou similaire after-market (ce n'est pas une production nippone) Nitrous on a bike!! Hey Guys can any of you tell me what that thing in the background is with the exposed insides and one seat
Not a Suzuki engine (belt primary & final drive?), either H-D or S & S (which were/are copies of Harleys anyway).
DRAMAtical Murder EP: 6
Whatever he's drawn, it'll be pretty accurate, he's got Dunlop D404's about perfect.
Evo engine Custom Chopper.
Rectify EP: 1.03
Not factory girders or instrument pod, H-D (?) Custom Chopper
Has a John Deere logo and color scheme.
Counting Cars EP: 6.06
H-D Custom chopper What's up with the guitar neck? Is it a jockey shift?
Thought so at first but it has a clutch lever on the bars. Just decoration for the sake of it?
Counting Cars EP: 7.02
H-D Custom Chopper. One good pothole or brake hard and those forks will bend like drinking straws. I don't understand the ultra-low profile tyres on the rear either, with a hardtail you want an old fashioned high profile 5.00-16 so the sidewall is your rear suspension, #sorearse.
Pitbull: I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)
I could swear I saw this particular one in a book on customized motorcycles.
They look to have Harley engines but they are not really Harleys as most of their components are custom made.
Mannix EP: 3.25
A much modified Harley Sportster.
Harley custom chopper, looks like a Rickman Metisse alongside.
The Walking Dead EP: 7.11
H-D Custom Chopper. Apart from the lack of front brake, it looks nearly rideable. Peanut tank was Panhead, right? Looks like a modern Evo motor, the tank could have been made by any one of dozens of aftermarket suppliers, let's just call it a Wassell type.
Disc on the left so drive on the right - Sportster motor.
Machine Gun Preacher
Nothing for the 1960's Ford there? For those who are interested in the old Ford, it is the 1964 version, not listed in this movie page That 1964 Ford is much more interesting than another matte black 'bad boy' Harley-Davidson (or whatever it is...)
But the bike has a role and the Ford is only partially seen.
Yelawolf: Whiskey in a Bottle
H-D custom chopper The title made me think he had a translucent tank full of moonshine... Why not?)
The image is reversed, primary drive on the right?
The Simple Life EP: 4.06
Titan Motorcycle Company ???
Hey, who can identify this one? /vehicle.php?id=790329
