The tire is in one piece and the rim still attached to the front fork... Ducati 750SS or 900SS Maybe list as Ducati SS It's not a ducati, it's just a "collage". Front fairing comes from a 91-97 SS, but everything else is from another bike: the fork is not the upside-down showa, like all SS models have, and the fuel tank and the tail too are from a non-ducati bike. Atom is right, someone must explain how the tyre can get out of the wheel...

The font on that plate looks very odd - if there's a double I'd suspect this one. Other photos have normal plates where visible.
