The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 76.0 x 75.0 mm (3.0 x 3.0 inches) stroke result in a displacement of just 340.00 ccm (20.75 cubic inches). The engine features a 9.5:1 compression ratio. Fuel was supplied via a overhead cams (ohc).


The bike has a 5-speed transmission. The final drive was via chain.


It came with a 3.50-19 front tire and a 4.00-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via expanding brake in the front and a expanding brake in the rear. The 350 Scrambler is fitted with a 11.00 litres (2.91 gallons) fuel tank.
