The bike has a 5-speed transmission. The final drive was via chain.


It came with a 3.50-19 front tire and a 4.00-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via expanding brake in the front and a expanding brake in the rear. The 250 Scrambler is fitted with a 11.00 litres (2.91 gallons) fuel tank.
