Used for telegraph cable delivery and impractical I would say for anything other than an inner city. Looks unusual for the USA? Crocker Scootabout of 1941 , less known than the Cushman and with rounder lines. Nice (and first on the site). Good find ! It was produced about 100 of them... Origin USA?
