I almost would have gone for a 450-cc, as I remembered that police had low-capacity-two-valve-boxers - I forgot about the 650. This must be a R-650-R ! As police had already switched to the K-models ("flying fridge" in anglosaxon terms) in the 90s, the movieguys could have gotten these "old" boxers quite cheap.... .
