BMW K100 in Movies

The BMW K100 is a in-line four, four-stroke naked bike motorcycle produced between 1983 and 1989. It could reach a top speed of 218.0 km/h (135.5 mph)


The engine was a liquid cooled in-line four, four-stroke. A 67.0 x 70.0 mm (2.6 x 2.8 inches) stroke result in a displacement of just 987.00 ccm (60.23 cubic inches). The engine features a 10.2:1 compression ratio. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).


The bike has a 5-speed transmission. The final drive was via shaft drive (cardan).


It came with a 100/90-18 front tire and a 130/90-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The K100 is fitted with a 21.00 litres (5.55 gallons) fuel tank.
