It looks like a Puch MS50 from 1960
My guess would be the Bianchi Sparviero. The italian Bianchi corporation built puchs under their own brand name, much like Condor did in Switzerland, Sears in the USA and how Tomos started out in Yougoslavia (of course they eventually made their own moped extremely similar to the puch but without a licensing agreement from puch). The tell tale difference is primarily the shape of the handlebars.
