LAMBY POLO..Indian license built Lamberetta by API (Auto Products of India)....an export disaster..hundreds sold in India, only 12 were exported to the UK. is the fender fixed or it moves with the handlebar?? if it is fixed...its a lambreta or it an old bajaj chetak http://www.vespa-blog.de/wp-content/uploads/2007/04/chetak_1.jpg Looks like fixed. The distance between fender and wheel doesn't fit, so it's obviously mounted at the chassis. It's indian Vespa licensed BAJAJ. On these models, the front mudguard turns with the fork, but oviously here it's not staight, probably a small accident before. The first element to suffer in a front schock is the mudguard...
